Keeping it Together by Keeping Us Together

1:15 PM - 3:00 PMChapel

Our world feels fractured. The tragedies of October 7th have become compounded, polarizing election rhetoric and increasing antisemitism in the public square.  All of this contributes to a palpable sense of dis-ease amongst many in our CBJ community.

Your feelings matter.  Your sense of belonging in this community matters.   Know that CBJ is unwavering in its commitment to support congregational vibrancy by embracing the varied experiences and perspectives of its members.

You are invited to bring what’s in your heart to an in-person gathering after Saturday’s Kiddush on September 21, 2024, from 1:15-3 pm in the Chapel.  This will not be a debate over politics or the merits of diverse viewpoints.  Rather, it’ll be a chance to come together in care, curiosity, and compassion.  We will share bravely and respectfully what’s in our hearts, listen deeply to one another, and thereby learn from and support one another.

We hope you will take advantage of this opportunity to strengthen one another as a community.   Your Clergy are, of course, also available to you for private conversation.

Sorry, Registration has ended.
