OUTDOOR CANOPY TENT

We are creating a large outdoor area in which we can safely assemble. We will construct an 8,000 square foot outdoor canopy in the parking lot – an area comparable to the sanctuary and social hall combined, but outdoors with open walls and with distanced seating.
Our protocols will be as follows:
  • The campus is accessible to all congregants and pre-booked guests who verbally attest to being vaccinated or having had an at-home COVID test. This does not apply to children under 12.
  • A majority of the canopy will be set aside for individuals who are either vaccinated or recently tested. Children under 12 can sit with their parents in a separate designated section.
  • Face masks will be worn in all areas of the campus. Clergy and lay leaders will be unmasked at the bimah, having been COVID-19 tested that morning.
  • Anyone with any symptoms within 24 hours of the holiday is asked to kindly stay home and join us by Zoom.
In addition to services under the canopy:
  • The Beit Aseifa Patio will provide overflow seating during the Traditional and Different Services. These services will be broadcast to a large monitor and our sound system.
  • The Sanctuary will offer an air-conditioned environment and will also have services broadcast to a monitor and the sound system from the canopy tent. This space will be designated for individuals who are either vaccinated or tested.
  • The Patio will also be used for evening Family Services and Basketball Court will be covered with a tent for morning Family Services.
  • Zoom and Streaming will be available as outlined in the schedule below,
Please contact us with any questions about our high holiday plans.
