Second Friday Speakers: Interfaith trip to Israel

Rabbi Ezray recently attended a trip to Israel with clergy from a variety of faith traditions. Hear their different perspectives.

Rev. Kristi Denham

The Rev. Kristi Denham is pastor of the Congregational Church of Belmont, UCC, where she has served since 1999.  She has a passion for working with children and youth, and a lifetime commitment to social justice, especially racial and economic justice.

 

Rev. Melanie Donahue

The Rev Melanie Donahue is a priest in the Episcopal Church. She has served as Campus Minister, a hospital chaplain and is a certified Chaplain for Disasters.

 

Rev. Dr. Penny Nixon

Reb Dr. Penny Nixon has been Senior Minister of the Congregational Church of San Mateo, UCC, since 2007.  A political activist, she has received numerous awards and recognitions for her work in San Francisco. She has been adjunct professor at Fordham University.

 

Karen Stiller

Karen Stiller is the Middle East Project Director for the JCRC, a public affairs organization representing synagogues and Jewish organizations on critical issues affecting Jews as individuals and as a community.
