Jewish mysticism – known in Hebrew as Kabbalah –is a challenge to the normal workings of consciousness that dares to examine one’s assumptions about tradition, God, and self. Kabbalah teaches that our physical reality is not the only reality, and that when we truly understand the essence of Divinity we learn to know ourselves more deeply and to feel connected to all of life. It is a thought-provoking theology that offers a unique path in our religious practice. In this class we’ll take a fascinating and spiritually provocative journey together, as we learn the fundamental teachings and structures of Jewish Mysticism. Contact Rebecca to register.
